## Summary

Creates an Auth0 provider backed by the shared OIDC runtime.

## Signature

## Parameters

### `options`

Auth0 domain and client settings for your application.

## Returns

An OAuth provider that can be passed to `startExternalAuth()` and `finishExternalAuth()`.
